Calling all early birds As breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we want to ensure our guests are leaving with a full stomach and have a great start to their morning, leaving a lasting impression of the pub. The role is to ensure a seamless and quality customer experience for our accommodation guests and to assure the pub is ready for the day ahead.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our highly regarded Front of House team at The Eliot Arms as a Breakfast Team Member. This gem of a pub is located in a delightful village of South Cerney. Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be able to work well within a team and independently, with the ability to multi-task and be organised to ensure a positive service .
Previous experience working in a guest service role or similar hospitality role will be a great advantage, but not essential as full on the job training will be given.

Expected hours for the role will be from 7:30am-11:30am, 2-3 days a week. We would require the flexibility of weekdays and weekend availability.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and have confidence working independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages and checking out guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the breakfast area and service stations.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and streamline service operations.
