  • Monitor network performance and service reliability
  • Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Produce performance reports and recommendations
  • Support network planning, scheduling and resource utilisation
  • Work with operational teams to ensure high service standards
  • What you’ll need
  • Experience with bus scheduling software (Omnibus or equivalent)
  • Bus timetable and vehicle utilisation planning
  • Understanding of service punctuality and schedule adherence data
  • Data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Desirable: PSV Category D licence
