We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager who wants to develop themselves alongside our experienced General Manager at the Coach and Horses in Kew. You'll be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations—leading service on the floor and ensuring exceptional standards, leading and training the team, managing our bedrooms and making sure every visit to the Coach and Horses is a memorable experience for our guests.

The majority of our General Manager appointments come from internal candidates, and we’re proud to offer in-house mentoring, clear development pathways and external training opportunities to support your growth. The ideal candidate has experience working as an assistant manager in food-led destination businesses, is people-focused, and passionate about offering exceptional hospitality. They are someone who has a GM mindset and is looking for that final bit of development before becoming a General Manager themselves, and the experience they will get working in the Hoste will absolutely set them up for further success in their career.
