Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team Manager in ensuring section efficiency and that all processes comply with the Company’s procedures.
- Act as a guide for junior staff and execute duties diligently and professionally.
- Build friendly interpersonal relationships at all levels and oversee a portfolio of the company’s clients.
- Understand and interpret the Fund’s documentation and the relevant legal framework, regulations and anti‑money laundering regulations.
- Follow Company procedures at all times.
- Assist in controlling and coordinating workloads within the section.
- Assist with day‑to‑day work and training of Administrators, both locally and in Centres of Excellence.
- Assist with overseeing quality and control to meet time deadlines.
- Ensure work is undertaken following the company’s procedures and checklists and meets deadlines.
- Ensure outgoing correspondence, calculations and presentation of work are of the highest standard.
- Liaise confidently and knowledgeably with clients.
- Assist with the smooth running of the Investment, Call and Distribution process.
- Perform bookkeeping and review ledgers regularly.
- Liaise with key personnel in client groups to ensure operational issues are communicated effectively.
- Respond to all client requests effectively.
- Communicate client‑related concerns to the section’s Line Manager.
- Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings.
- Suggest effective changes to improve workflow processing.
- Maintain and update procedures for the Company continuously.
- Manage workloads effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure the compliance monitoring of the Funds is adhered to by all team members.
- May act as a Signatory.
