Key Responsibilities
- Co‑ordinating the GFSC application process for all new and existing clients.
- Liaising with all key parties in relation to the regulatory application, including clients, legal counsel, GFSC, onboarding and compliance.
- Working alongside the onboarding project manager on the onboarding and integration of new clients in Guernsey.
- Coordinating client applications, PQ forms, promoter files and other key deliverables in the process.
- Providing regular status updates to new clients and internal parties and attending weekly project calls with stakeholders.
- Participating in meetings and providing updates to senior management and client services teams on integration projects.
- Assisting in developing best practices and operating models to enhance the client onboarding experience.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of the funds industry with experience of different fund structures and regulatory requirements.
- Experience/knowledge of the regulatory application process in Guernsey.
- Experience/knowledge of the various GFSC regulations and applicable laws.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative.
