You will lead a 10‑strong maintenance crew, planning and executing daily tasks to deliver a high standard of living for residents.
You will manage preventive, reactive and life‑cycle maintenance across student blocks, ensuring safety, compliance and cost‑effective service delivery while coordinating with the Head of Maintenance and sub‑contractors as required.
