Job Overview

Administrator – full‑time, permanent (37.5 hours per week, 9am–5pm Mon–Fri), salary £27,615 per annum.

Duties include operating a computer‑based property management database, monitoring reactive work and planned maintenance, and providing reception services for the offices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a reception service and manage visitor, contractor, and key issuance records.
  • Liaise with the university client, sub‑contractors, UPP RSL staff and residents as necessary.
  • Assist managers in coordinating on‑site activities, day‑to‑day administration and production of various reports.
  • Procure goods and services through the UPP RSL purchase system: produce purchase orders, receive goods, and submit orders for authorisation.
  • Maintain all technical, statutory and personnel records held on site.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role and environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion to deliver a high‑quality service.
