UPP in Plymouth is hiring a Maintenance Technician - Fabric to join our team and deliver planned and responsive maintenance across building fabric.
This permanent role runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with participation in an on‑call rota and a salary of £26,743 per annum.
You will perform minor repairs to fabric, carry out PPM tasks, safety testing, and liaise with supervisors and sub‑contractors.
