UPP is looking for an Administrator in Nottingham to support our on-campus accommodation team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours a week, and pays £25,589 per annum. You will maintain the computer-based property management database, monitor reactive and planned maintenance, provide reception services, and coordinate on-site activities with residents, contractors and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and log all visitors, contractors and issue keys.
  • Liaise with university clients, sub-contractors, UPP RSL staff and residents.
  • Assist the relevant manager(s) in coordinating day-to-day on-site activities and administrating production of reports.
  • Procure goods and services via the UPP RSL purchase system, produce purchase orders, receive goods and submit for authorisation.
  • Maintain all technical, statutory and personnel records held on site.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar administrative or accommodation role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for providing an outstanding student experience.
  • Basic DBS check may be required.
