As a Senior Partner Manager at CDW, you will lead cross‑technology partnerships across the UK and international entities, focusing on commercial excellence, partner experience, and sales & customer experience. You will collaborate closely with Programmes & Incentives Specialists, PPM, Solutions, Sales, Marketing, OCTO, and Enablement teams to drive profitability, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Excellence
- Lead partner rebate scheme reviews and provide actionable recommendations to Solutions, PPM and Sales leadership.
- Own rebate profitability using Partner & Finance Reporting, ensuring schemes are maximised.
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements for large MOU investment partners.
- Maximise Partner Program opportunity and profitability for CDW and Sales teams.
- Document and enforce sales accountability through agreed partner plans (Goal setting, QBRs, business planning, stakeholder mapping).
- Maintain deep understanding of global partner opportunity, competitor landscape, and collaborate on marketing/marketing refresh.
- Own partner investment across funded heads, marketing, and rebates, leveraging alliances.
- Lead partner reinvestment initiatives with PPM, Solutions and Sales leadership.
- Collaborate with OCTO, Solutions, Sales and Professional Services to drive partner‑related services and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Partner Experience
- Deliver executive‑level engagements (QBRs) and act as senior stakeholder at partner and customer events.
- Work with Programmes & Incentives Specialists to enhance program opportunities and revenue.
- Manage partner internal and external communications (SharePoint pages, launches, updates).
- Articulate CDW’s strategy, proposition, GTMs, and value statement to partner stakeholders.
- Lead partner enablement programs with Sales Teams and Enablement.
- Maintain an agreed, documented, and executed partner plan across marketing, sales, solutions, and reporting functions.
- Ensure partner compliance: accreditations, contracts, and certifications are current.
- Monitor partner ROI and manage governance plans and reviews.
- Sales & Customer Experience
- Execute communications to sales teams (partner pedigree, capability, USPs, insights, incentives, alliances, events).
- Build deep relationships with Sales leadership to enhance seller adoption and customer experience.
- Deliver partner enablement aligned to CDW’s propositions, GTM messaging, and ecosystem vendors.
- Serve as point of escalation for sales and customer issues within partner relationships.
- Continual Improvement
- Deliver regular improvements to partner experience, customer & sales experience, and commercial excellence.
- Mentor and coach Programmes & Incentives Specialists and related practice roles.
- Collaborate with US and Canada PPM teams to share best practice and global partner approach.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the channel, CDW’s market, competition, and success drivers.
- Partner Business Management Experience: At least 5 years in a Microsoft partner management role or equivalent in the IT channel.
