What you will do

  • Manage Professional Services cases in Salesforce through the full lifecycle — triage, scope, and acceptance — keeping all records accurate and updated within agreed timeframes.
  • Allocate the most appropriate resource to each engagement based on skills, availability, and location, optimising both service quality and CDW's commercial position.
  • Take full ownership of resource bookings, ensuring the correct documentation (e. g. a Statement of Work) is in place and stored in the correct folder structure.
  • Engage third party resource providers where suitable in‑house resources are unavailable.
  • Maintain the scheduling system so that team utilisation, forecasting, and management information remain accurate.
  • Validate sales orders to confirm the information is correct and all prerequisites are met before resources are allocated.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to review and maximise team utilisation.
  • Review weekly Power BI and resourcing reports, resolving or escalating any inaccuracies.
  • Manage day to day communications with the Billing & Support team, Sales Account Managers, and suppliers through the shared mailbox.
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent service at every touchpoint — responding promptly, professionally and going the extra mile to meet the needs of coworkers and customers.
  • Provide cover for other coordinators during periods of absence or high demand.
  • Consistently follow team processes, achieving at least 95% accuracy each month.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
