We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Partner Manager to support the development and execution of CDW’s Cyber Security and Data Protection strategy across key vendor partnerships.

This role sits at the center of CDW’s partner ecosystem, responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market awareness across a portfolio of strategic security and data protection vendors.

You will be part of a dynamic and growing team focused on driving growth across the security category, working collaboratively with sales, technical, and partner stakeholders to deliver impact at scale.

Acting as both an internal subject matter expert and an external business leader, you will shape go-to-market strategies, align teams, and build strong partner relationships to deliver meaningful customer outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Cyber Security and Data Protection partners, including their go-to-market strategies, programs, and commercial models.
  • Develop and own partner-led go-to-market plans aligned to customer challenges, target markets, and CDW sales priorities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across security and data protection solutions, including upsell, cross-sell, and net-new business.
  • Analyse market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning to shape strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Enable and support sales and pre-sales teams through training, guidance, and clear partner messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, including senior and executive-level contacts.
  • Promote and operationalise partner programs such as deal registration, rebates, and incentives to maximise profitability.
  • Lead joint business planning with partners, including defining priorities, investments, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider partner management and specialist teams to drive consistent growth across the security category.
  • Ensure alignment between CDW, partner, and customer objectives to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
  • Own and maintain relevant partner accreditations and certifications across UK and international markets.
  • Track performance against revenue, profitability, and strategic KPIs, ensuring delivery against agreed targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales within the IT, Cyber Security, or Data Protection space.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security and/or Data Protection solutions and how they address customer challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partner relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to translate technology solutions into business value and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and business plans.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute as part of a high-performing team.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.
