This position focuses on driving infrastructure and solutions-led sales across Corporate accounts by maximising revenue growth, expanding wallet share, and building strong internal and external partnerships. Acting as a subject-matter expert for Arctic Wolf, the BDM will align CDW and partner commercial objectives while operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage a strong, accurate partner-aligned sales pipeline, driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively grow existing opportunities by attaching additional solutions and identifying net-new Corporate opportunities.
  • Create and own a partner-aligned business plan for your assigned Corporate segment, ensuring alignment with joint CDW and partner priorities.
  • Work closely with CDW account teams, technical specialists, and partner sales teams to drive joint success.
  • Engage proactively with Corporate customers to understand their IT strategies, challenges, and transformation priorities.

  • Promote, execute, and maximise the value of partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Own execution of your business plan against defined revenue, pipeline, and activity KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
  • Continuously identify and close knowledge gaps to enhance credibility and performance.

What we expect of you:

  • Proven track record in business development or senior sales roles within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure solutions and the business challenges they address.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert pipeline within Corporate or mid-market environments.

  • Confident communicator, comfortable influencing and building relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth and opportunity creation.
  • Data-literate, able to use insights and analytics to prioritise and progress opportunities.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and motivated to drive positive change in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
