You’ll sit at the heart of our Communications & Stakeholder Engagement team. And you’ll play a key role in how Lloyd’s shows up — across media, digital channels and global markets. What you’ll do

  • Lead our press office – managing day‑to‑day media activity, from proactive stories to fast‑moving issues.
  • Build strong media relationships – becoming a trusted contact for journalists and industry voices.
  • Shape our external narrative – supporting the development and delivery of our media strategy.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns – across earned, owned and shared channels.
  • Create standout content – from press releases to social, video and thought leadership.
  • Prepare senior leaders – helping them shine in interviews, briefings and high‑profile moments.
  • Measure what matters – using insight to continuously improve performance and reputation.
  • Collaborate widely to deliver the biggest impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong media relations experience, including press office leadership.
  • Ability to land stories and manage reputation risk.
  • Skill to create content that works across channels and audiences.
