    • Support the delivery and ongoing monitoring of Lloyd’s annual risk management and coordinated assurance plans
    • Contribute to strengthening and embedding an effective risk culture across the organisation
    • Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects and requests from the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Manager
  • Risk Framework, Processes & Systems
    • Support the development and operation of Lloyd’s global risk framework, including:
    • Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSAs)
    • Key and Material Controls
    • Emerging risk identification and reporting
    • Risk culture, awareness, and engagement activities
    • Contribute to the risk appetite framework, including regular reporting to senior management
    • Support the annual ORSA process
    • Help develop and maintain risk management systems and reporting tools
    • Produce timely, accurate, and insightful risk management reports using risk systems and data
  • Reporting & Governance
    • Produce high‑quality routine and ad‑hoc reporting for Lloyd’s risk committees
    • Prepare materials for internal stakeholders (e.g. risk digests), external stakeholders (including rating agencies), and regulators
    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across Corporation departments

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management practices and frameworks
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
    • Confident stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
    • Resilient and comfortable operating under scrutiny
  • Knowledge
    • Solid knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and processes
    • Good understanding of the insurance industry and the Lloyd’s market
  • Experience
    • Experience working within a high‑performing risk, audit, or control environment
    • Proven experience engaging with and managing senior stakeholders, including challenging situations
    • Hands‑on experience with risk frameworks, tools and reporting processes
