What you’ll do
- You’ll lead how we design and deliver world‑class stakeholder experiences across our environments – physical and experiential.
- Set the standard for how we deliver stakeholder experience by working with Brand, Events and Corporate Real Estate to define what great looks like and bring it to life across our spaces globally.
- Curate standout experiences.
- Shape high‑impact visits for VIPs and strategic stakeholders – turning objectives into tailored journeys that reflect who we are.
- Connect teams and deliver outcomes by building strong relationships across the business and aligning people, priorities and detail to deliver seamless experiences.
- Elevate our environments – influence how our spaces look, feel and function, from signage to service, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand.
- Drive continuous improvement by using feedback and insight to keep raising the bar.
