Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex procurement categories and turn strategy into impact.
- Lead insight‑led category strategies aligned to Lloyd’s priorities.
- Run strategic sourcing activity end to end, from market analysis to negotiation and contract award.
- Partner with stakeholders so procurement is embedded in planning and decision‑making.
- Manage key suppliers to drive value, performance and resilience.
- Spot opportunities for savings, innovation and smarter ways of working.
- Strengthen policies, tools and ways of working to improve consistency and control.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and track performance.
- Play an active role in building procurement capability through coaching and knowledge‑sharing.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in strategic procurement and category management, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
