We’re looking for an Innovation Associate to join Lloyd’s Lab — Europe’s leading insurance innovation hub. This is your opportunity to help shape how new ideas, technologies and solutions move from concept to real market impact.
What you’ll do:
- Drive innovation in action
- Support discovery work, from problem framing to customer interviews
- Test ideas using lean startup and design thinking approaches
- Help design and run product sprints and experiments
- Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and assess real‑world viability
- Turn data into clear insights that improve outcomes
- Make programmes run brilliantly
- Help deliver Accelerator, Discovery, Training and Consulting programmes
- Coordinate sprint cycles, events and key milestones
- Support sessions like Pitch Day, Demo Day and Lab Lates
- Create clear, engaging materials and playbooks
- Track performance and help measure impact
- Build strong connections
- Support market‑facing sessions with brokers, Managing Agents and partners
- Contribute to communications that showcase Lab work
- Help bring the innovation community together and keep it engaged
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in innovation, product, consulting, or startup environments
- Familiarity with experimentation, agile or design thinking methods
- Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working in fast‑moving, evolving environments
- Clear communication and ability to turn complexity into simple insight
