We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to help shape how Finance works at Lloyd’s. This role focuses on Workday Financials, ensuring it works for our people—clearly, efficiently and with strong controls.

What you’ll do
- Own and support Workday Financials, ensuring timely, practical help for users
- Manage incidents and service requests, keeping communication clear and focused
- Work closely with Procurement, IT and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes
- Support system changes, releases and enhancements from design through to delivery
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve data quality
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to prioritise improvements
- Strengthen controls, access management and governance across Finance systems
- Create clear guidance and training to build user confidence
What you’ll bring
- Experience supporting Workday Financials in a Finance environment
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and data
- A practical mindset – diagnosing issues and finding workable solutions
- Confidence working across teams and explaining complex topics clearly
- Experience managing system support, change and continuous improvement
- A focus on users – making systems easier to understand and use
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar), or equivalent experience
