Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and set and champion enterprise architecture principles and governance.
- Align enterprise and domain strategies with clear 1, 3 and 5 year views.
- Support major programmes through design authority, governance and procurement.
- Explain architectural decisions clearly to business and technology leaders.
- Drive application lifecycle management, rationalisation and cost transparency.
- Manage technical debt, waivers and target‑state alignment.
- Balance day‑to‑day stability with long‑term change.
- Build trusted relationships across Finance, HR, Risk and Legal.
Qualifications
- Strong enterprise architecture experience in complex, regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Finance and/or HR within financial services.
- Confidence working with governance, integration and data.
- A clear communicator who can simplify complexity for senior leaders.
- Calm judgement under pressure and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience of the Lloyd’s market or insurance sector is a strong advantage.
