We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Capital Engagement to join our Member Services team. This role is central to delivering a high‑quality, consistent experience for Lloyd’s capital stakeholders, including investors, members, investment managers and advisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop professional relationships with a portfolio of capital stakeholders, maintaining insight into their priorities and risks.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end responses to stakeholder queries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication.
  • Support the onboarding of new members, investors, and capital structures by working across multiple internal teams.
  • Help stakeholders navigate processes, requirements, and frameworks (including M&URs), ensuring clarity without providing advisory input.
  • Capture and analyse stakeholder insight to inform engagement planning and service improvements.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and complaints in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Contribute to management information and reporting on stakeholder trends and service performance.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and stakeholder experience.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in relationship or stakeholder management within a regulated or complex environment.
  • Understanding of financial services or insurance markets (knowledge of Lloyd’s market structure is advantageous).
  • Experience coordinating complex queries or working across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with risk, governance and regulatory frameworks (including FCA expectations).
  • Ability to use insight and data to identify trends and drive improvements.
