As our fleet of vehicles across the UK grows, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Fleet Administrator to join our small team.

The Role

We are looking to hire a fast-learning, energetic individual to assist our Fleet Supervisor with the day-to-day running of our Car Club Fleet. Working in a fast-paced environment, the right candidate will have a key role to play within our organisation, ensuring we keep our vehicles roadworthy and well-maintained. Our chosen applicant will have the support they need to gain new skills and to realise their potential as part of a passionate, purposeful, and friendly team.

You’ll be working in a friendly environment where your work really matters. Whether it’s chasing a garage for a service update, helping onboard new vehicles, or tracking down the cause of a vehicle issue, you’ll be on the frontline of keeping our car club running like clockwork.

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of a busy vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, repairs, and maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Responding to fleet-related issues, including accidents, damage, and breakdowns.
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained to high cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness standards.
  • Maintaining fleet systems, permits, tax reminders, and vehicle records.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the wider Fleet and Maintenance team.
  • Liaising with all other departments, particularly the on-the-road fleet teams and Customer Service team.
The ideal Candidate
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident conversing with all kinds of people and able to build positive relationships with internal and external people alike.
  • Ability to recognise actual and potential problems and be proactive in seeking relevant solutions.
  • Flexible approach to work and shift patterns.
  • Good knowledge of IT programs and comfortable using different software programs.
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to use own initiative and think independently.

Hours: 37.5 per week (9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: Business or Fleet Admin: 1 year (Desirable), Full Clean Driving Licence (Desirable)
