They are looking for an experienced Hard Landscaping Site Foreman who leads by example, cares about doing things properly, and takes genuine pride in their work. You will be joining a team where quality is always the priority. - Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Summary of role:
As a Hard Landscaping Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the team on site and keeping projects running smoothly day to day. It’s a hands-on role, making sure work is done properly, on time, and to a high standard. You will organise the team, keep things on track, and lead by example to deliver quality results on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading landscaping teams on-site
- Managing day-to-day operations of hard landscaping projects
- Reading and working from plans and technical drawings
- Organising materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Carrying out and overseeing paving and porcelain installation
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Decking and fencing
- Retaining walls and steps
- Groundworks and drainage, setting out levels and foundations
- Maintaining health & safety standards on-site
- Liaising professionally with clients, designers, and management
About You:
- Experienced hard landscaper with strong leadership skills
- Experience with premium landscaping being great but not essential
- Strong knowledge of paving, porcelain, brickwork, decking, drainage, and groundworks
- Reliable, professional, and well organised
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines
- Confident in supporting, managing, and leading a workforce
Requirements:
- Previous hard landscaping experience
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be able to speak good English
- Applicants must be Oxfordshire based.
