Role details: Location: Akeman Street, OX25 3JQ Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Summary of role: As a Hard Landscaping Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the team on site and keeping projects running smoothly day to day.
Its a hands-on role, making sure work is done properly, on time, and to a high standard.
You will organise the team, keep things on track, and lead by example to deliver quality results on every project.
Key Responsibilities Supervising and leading landscaping teams on-site Managing day-to-day operations of hard landscaping projects Reading and working from plans and technical drawings Organising materials, deliveries, and site logistics Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard Carrying out and overseeing, paving and porcelain installation.
Brickwork and blockwork Decking and fencing Retaining walls and steps Groundworks and drainage, setting out levels and foundations Maintaining health
