As a Travel Manager, you will:

Motivating your branch team to provide an unparalleled customer experience
Track and review sales performance and lead your team to hit targets and performance indicators and create a high-performance culture
Develop, coach, and train your staff to aid their career development and progression
Develop innovative ways to increase sales and customer engagement
Taking overall accountability for the branch

Who are we looking for?

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:

Leadership experience within sales or customer focused environments is essential
Previous travel branch experience is essential
A confident, sociable, and vibrant personality
An ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers
