OurCoop in Wokingham is seeking a proactive Team Leader to coach and coordinate the store team, support managers and drive sales to hit targets. You’ll lead by example, manage shift patterns including evenings and weekends, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of customer issues, maintaining product knowledge, and guiding colleagues with a friendly, inclusive approach. Prior supervisory experience is valued but not essential.
