- Motivating your branch team to provide an unparalleled customer experience
- Track and review sales performance and lead your team to hit targets and performance indicators and create a high-performance culture

- Develop innovative ways to increase sales and customer engagement
- Taking overall accountability for the branch
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
- Leadership experience within sales or customer focused environments is essential
- Previous travel branch experience is essential
- A confident, sociable, and vibrant personality
- An ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers
