Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
