Our Store Managers are at the heart of keeping our stores thriving. They are known for putting customers first and for inspiring their team to deliver a memorable shopping experience. Alongside being a manager, you will also play an active part in engaging and building relationships with your community.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
  • Providing excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture
  • Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
  • Driving people-related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands-on within the store when needed
  • Actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience within retail management - preferably in a food store setting (required)
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
  • Sound commercial and business acumen
  • A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
  • The ability to multi-task, be self-assured and organised
