Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader at our Kingston upon Thames store, 178 Kings Road, KT2 5HU. This part‑time role is 14 hours per week with overtime, and a 3pm–11pm shift including weekends. London allowance is paid.
You will lead the shift team, motivate colleagues, deliver great service, and support stock, merchandising and daily operations. You’ll champion Co‑op membership and community links, while staying flexible and 18+.
