As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You will:
- Help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager
- Deliver great customer service and perform a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages
- Provide friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day
- Develop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued and respected
- Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
- Support your store manager by deputising when they’re not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
- Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store
- Build relationships and get involved in your local community
- Balance leading and supporting your team while being active on the shop floor
- Work a range of different shifts
