As Post Office Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation, bringing people together, supporting your team to succeed, and working closely with store colleagues. - Lead, support and develop your team to deliver great service and performance
- Ensure the branch is safe, compliant and runs smoothly day to day
- Manage cash, balance and reporting to maintain operational accuracy
- Build strong relationships with customers, members and the local community
Experience in a post office environment, including the use of systems such as Horizon, alongside cash, stock and reporting processes - Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with a focus on improving performance
- A passion for customer service and supporting your local community
