Co-op is recruiting a Warehouse Team Manager to lead the Lea Green depot back‑shift operations. You’ll manage a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, coach performance and ensure health and safety standards are met.
Working 2pm–10pm, five days over seven including weekends, the role is full-time (39 hours/week). You’ll analyse performance data, plan workloads and partner with internal teams to drive efficiency and timely deliveries.
