Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range Regional Sales Manager £40,000 to £50,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) plus company car. Nationwide (roles will be based either in the North, Central or South of the UK). In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home and visiting our external retail partners.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Quick Commerce Aggregator team. Our aggregator app makes customers' lives easier by offering them delivery services from local independent retailers. We aim to grow rapidly over the coming years and need a strong team to drive this forward. Being part of this new team will feel fast, fun and fluid. There will be no two days the same—think start-up vibes, but with the knowledge and resources of a 180-year-old organisation. What you’ll do:

  • Target retailers within your region and drive maximum participation on the app
  • Convert retailer interest into contracted independent retailers on the platform
  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers to align efforts and share success in breaking into the market
  • Provide feedback to the account manager with insights from independent retailers
  • Collaborate with the operations and accounts teams when handing over independent retailers for store launches on the app
  • Attend conferences to sell the proposition to a wider independent retailer market
  • Drive awareness of the app to local retailers in your region

This role would suit people who have:

  • Good regional knowledge and the ability to target local behaviours
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external teams
  • A good commercial understanding
  • Ability to operate independently and identify improvement opportunities to sell into the independent retailer market
  • Experience working with retailers within the independent retailer sector
  • Ability to work and prioritise tasks across multiple workstreams
