We're looking for a Finance Service Analyst to join the Sales to Cash team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member owners every day'. In this role, you'll look after the cash reconciliations activity for our food retail banking team. Working closely alongside our Cash and Banking Manager, you'll help to resolve complex reconciliation issues, making sure that our internal cash records always balance out against our official bank statements.

This role plays an important role in keeping our Co-op financially accurate and accountable. By making sure our food retail bank accounts are properly reconciled, you'll help us protect our finances and support confident decision-making.
What you'll do
- Support with producing balance sheets and Identifying and resolving complex reconciliation issues
- Develop user-friendly reports to help resolve reconciliation queries from our food retail banking team
- Collaborate with our Cash and Banking Manager to produce training guides and materials for our wider Sales to Cash team
- Make sure our ways of working are maintained across our wider team, and spot opportunities to improve processes where possible
- Support any relevant business change programmes and new system rollouts

- Experience using reconciliation systems
- Experience using SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP)
- Confidence handling large volumes of transactions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand complex processes
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
