£42,000 to £48,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) Manchester city centre, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home, and coming into the office at least twice a week.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our brand-new Quick Commerce Aggregator team. Our Peckish app makes life easier for customers by offering delivery from local independent retailers. You’ll support on the end-to-end marketing strategy for the app and website as we re‑launch and aim for ambitious growth targets. What you’ll do

  • Support the development and execution of the e‑commerce marketing strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and channel growth.
  • Support the planning, delivering, and optimising of multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, across paid and owned media.
  • Support with analysing performance and customer data, providing regular reporting with clear insights and recommendations to maximise marketing efficiency and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support with customer retention and CRM initiatives to increase repeat purchases and lifetime value.

What you’ll bring

  • A background in digital marketing and experience in ecommerce.
  • An enthusiasm for analytics, data, performance marketing, CRM and social media.
  • Good Excel skills, with the ability to use formulas to analyse and interpret data.
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams and the ability to organise priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies.
