- Respond to queries and deal with requests professionally and sensitively
- Provide a high-quality telephony and administrative support to our colleagues
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners across the CBS and the wider business
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and streamline ways of working
- Work to ensure we meet our key performance indicators as a team and individually, as well as supporting the wider Colleague Contact function
- Gain support and mentorship from experienced colleagues within the team and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
- Great organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience working within a telephony environment and/or HR experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Good level of IT skills using a variety of different systems, with the ability to confidently use programmes in the Microsoft Office suite
We're looking for an Adviser to join the People Services function within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op.
