About this role
We\’re looking for a Fleet Co‑ordinator to join our Fleet team within Co‑op Business Services (CBS) in Manchester. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co‑op. You\’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of \’co‑operating to build more value for member‑owners every day\’.
With over 2,500 vehicles in our fleet, this role plays a big part in keeping our operations moving – making sure every vehicle is compliant, available, and ready to support our colleagues across the business. You\’ll be at the heart of our Fleet team, helping to keep things running smoothly, safely, and responsibly.

What you\’ll do
- Support colleagues with complex fleet‑related queries via email and phone
- Manage the company car process, allocating vehicles in line with our policy
- Investigate complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Carry out admin tasks for MOTs, services, insurance, and fuel cards
- Collaborate with field colleagues and branches to keep operations running smoothly
- Occasionally drive a range of vehicles to designated parking locations
What you\’ll bring
- Strong customer service and administrative experience

- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving different types of vehicles
