Pay: £12.30 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: 7.45am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm Saturday and Sunday

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do:

  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, supporting with tasks on the post office counter, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
