We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
