As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and thoughtful service – putting customers first in everything you do
- Working together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Ensuring the store is safe and legal – keeping the shelves stocked and making sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Helping introduce new products and services – making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with your colleagues
