Location: 2a Eccles Road, Chapel-en-le-Frith, SK23 0EZ
Pay: Β£12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Role includes working in our in-store bakery.
Full, paid training provided.

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. We will look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you will do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service β you will put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyoneβs day better β supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal β keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Help introduce new products and services β make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community β get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
