Co-op in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Team Member to join a friendly team in a busy store. The role includes opening shifts from 6am, weekend work, and coverage for in-store bakery tasks, post office or online order packing where available. Full paid training is provided and you must be over 18.
The position is part-time with 16 hours per week plus regular overtime. You'll help keep shelves stocked, support sales, and build relationships with customers and the local community.
