Business Services Adviser

We’re looking for a Business Services Adviser to join the Business Services team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.
As a Business Services Adviser, you’ll be part of our busy team, where you’ll be a main contact for HR queries. You’ll need to be dedicated to providing great customer service, your priority will be to respond in a timely and understanding way to queries from colleagues and other internal partners. If you can bring us the attention to detail and great communications skills we need, we can offer you the chance to learn, grow and develop your career in HR.
What you’ll do
• Handle a wide range of queries around all aspects of HR and benefits
• Support HR processes, making sure they’re administered accurately
• Demonstrate customer focus by taking ownership of queries and securing the right outcomes
• Respond to colleague queries within our agreed SLAs (Service-level Agreement)
• Work on different projects as required
• Check shared inboxes and respond to emails in a timely and appropriate way
