Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for Lea Green depot in St Helens. You will lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe picking and packing and coaching for continuous improvement. You’ll work the back shift, 2pm-10pm, across 5 days out of 7 including weekends, 39 hours per week with a 15% premium and benefits.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining health and safety standards, and building strong internal partnerships to meet tight deadlines.
