Pay: Β£12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. When you join Co-op, you will get amazing benefits including:

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you will do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service β putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyoneβs day better β supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store is safe and legal β keeping the shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services β making changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community β getting involved in all kinds of activities and events!
