Location: 137-145 Buchanan Street Balfron, Balfron, G63 0TF

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Full, paid training provided.

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you will do:

  • Friendly and thoughtful service - putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal - keeping the shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services - making changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community - getting involved in all kinds of activities and events.
