Customer Team Leader
Location: Crown Mead, Hanham Road, Wimborne, BH21 1ED
Pay: Β£13.99 per hour
Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 2pm β 10pm Tuesday and Saturday, to be discussed at interview

About the Role
We\βre looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you\βll be part of a friendly team that\βs dedicated to helping our customers. We\βll look to you to help lead the store team β coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
Responsibilities
- Friendly and thoughtful service β you\βll give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations
- Develop your team\βs capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone\βs voice is valued and respected
- Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
- Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers
- Support your store manager by deputising when they\βre not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
- Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store β work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback
- Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
