Location: Higher Broad Lane Illogan, Redruth, TR15 3JL
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12-20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. This role will include work on our Post Office Counters.
Full, paid training provided.
You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs.
What you’ll do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first, respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, support with tasks on the post office counter, and deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.
