Location: Cliff Road, Falmouth, TR11 4NP
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12-16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery.
Full, paid training provided.

As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you will do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service - you will put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone’s day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
